The Gensingen back brace for scoliosis is a truly 3D corrective brace that is functional and comfortable to wear. Note the child's spine above is shifted to the right in her mid to upper back before the scoliosis brace is fitted. However if you live too far from our clinics in Marylebone (London) or Nottingham and already have copies of an x-ray of your spine then a virtual consultation is a great first step to seeing if we can help you or your child. We will only recommend a scoliosis brace if it is absolutely required. If not appropriate you may be a candidate for our corrective treatemnt or home Schroth exercise programme.

ExceptionalI took my Granddaughter, who is flat footed and has pain in her knees and back. The assessment was extremely thorough. Visited the clinic for the first time today and was absolutely blown away by the expertise professionalism and attention to detail. Amazingly thorough assessment carried by the owner, who was really polite, professional and charismatic. I’ve been going here for over a year now to see Jasmine. In the beginning i went more regularly while we worked on an acute issue, and now I go monthly for maintenance. Each time I go my treatment is tailored to my needs at that time- sometimes massage, sometimes adjustment, dry needling or treatment from one of their many gadgets! Progress is tracked regularly with various scans which get discussed at regular intervals. The whole staff are warm and friendly and I always enjoy my visit and feel better when I leave. Would highly recommend for a tailored range of care.
I started coming to the practice 4 months ago with severe lower back pain at the age of 35 that made a huge impact on my life in a very bad way, these guys were all amazing, with there help I’m now able to live a normal life, they do great care packages. Dr Jasmine, Saffron, Georgie and Sarah are all really friendly, fun and great at what they do. Most knowledgeable expert on scoliosis that I have ever met, and we have been everywhere with our daughter. Getting the spinal brace made & the consultation is impressive. They even 3D scan her body to get millimetre accurate measurements. Looking forwards to coming back for the brace fitting to stop her scoliosis getting worse!

I went here after a GP referral, with low expectations because I'd had lower back discomfort for over a year, and despite undertaking physio for some time, I couldn't shift it. Matthew and the rest of the team were amazing from day one. Going above and beyond, time and time again. Best of all, they really did fix my back discomfort, which hasn't subsequently returned.

Throughout the pandemic I have received regular e-mails from the Institute concerned about both myself and my family's health and informing me about the work being done at the Institute. This detailed the works being done to exceed the requirements of both the Government and national regulatory bodies as well as new works which would take the Institute to the forefront of international practice. All of this was communicated in an exceedingly professional way which was very readable and relevant to my situation. Exercise regimes were prepared for me on a personal level in order for me to maintain, or hopefully improve, my movement whilst being in lock-down. The Health and Safety requirements are particularly important and these were discussed in detail which was very reassuring and left you feeling that, when we are able to return, that has been, and will be, implemented to make everything as welcoming, safe and personal as possible.

These guys are amazing! I have been in pain for years and seen countless Dr's about it. I have EDS so need to be careful with my joints, Dr Matt knew all about EDS and put me at ease straight away. My pain was gradually getting better but then the virus struck. I wasn't left on my own though, I had a rehab plan sent to me and when I had a flare up of pain I was sent further exercises and advice to help me ease it. I can't wait to get back to having my adjustments as they have quite literally changed my life. 5 massive stars ✨
